Title: Selecting a supervisor
I decided to follow my friend (Muhamad Amin) to search
for lecturers that are still available to be the supervisor for FYP. I chose to
have the same lecturers with my friend because it is safer because if anything
happens, he can remind me on certain stuff and I can remind him too. It’s
basically like working together but on different projects.
So we went to meet one of Amin’s previous lecturer
which is Dr Ahmad Sabry Bin Mohamad. Dr Sabry is the Head of Section of the
Medical Engineering Technology Section.
Dr Sabry showed us the tittles that can be taken under
his supervision. I was interested in one of the title which is “ A development of
data acquisition systems with bar-code for home user”.
Dr Sabry suggested for me to do some research first
before confirming to take the title.

Title: Surveying Topics
After the meeting with Dr. Sabry, I made some basic
research about the tittle. I felt that with enough research and knowledge, I can
complete this project. Dr. Sabry would be a great supervisor based on his wide
knowledge about engineering.
