Week 9

Title: Research and Findings
In this week, the research focusing on what type of
database that I can use to incorporated with the program. The
function of the database is to store the information that been given by the
program and links the information into the website. After researching, I chose that to use the software
MySQL to be the database.
MySQL
MySQL is the
world’s second most widely used open-source relational database management
system. It is a popular choice of database in web applications and compatible
with every computer operating system ( Linux, MacOS, Windows). It is a free
software that can be downloaded by anyone. MySQL is also used by many
high-profile, large-scale websites such as Wikipedia, Facebook, Twitter and
many more.
